Connection guide

The planned flow for connecting TradingSpace to your MetaTrader 5 terminal, in six steps.

1. Install MetaTrader 5

   Install the MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal from your broker's website or the official MetaTrader website.

2. Log in inside the MT5 terminal

   Open MetaTrader 5 and log in to your trading account inside the terminal itself, using the details from your broker or prop firm.

3. Open TradingSpace

   After installing it, launch TradingSpace for Windows.

4. Choose the MetaTrader file or terminal

   Select the MetaTrader 5 terminal file or its folder that you want to connect (for example terminal64.exe).

5. Check the connected account

   Make sure the account number, server, and broker shown match the account you meant to connect.

6. Enter the workspace

   Once the account is confirmed, open your TradingSpace workspace.
