Frequently asked questions

In the planned flow, you first log in to your trading account inside the MetaTrader 5 terminal. Then you choose the terminal file or folder in TradingSpace and check the account it shows.

The Windows app hasn't been released yet, and details may change before release.

Not in the current design. You sign in to this site with Google only, and it doesn't ask for or store your MetaTrader password.

You log in to your trading account inside the MT5 terminal itself.

MetaTrader 5 is TradingSpace's current core connection.

MetaTrader 4 support is in development.

Multi-Chart is available. On the Mars plan it shows up to 3 charts side by side in each Tab.

A professional trading Journal is on the Mars plan's feature list.

According to the Mars feature list, you see your own account's real Market Watch, along with your account's real Timeframes.

The Mars feature list includes volume, Stop Loss and Take Profit management.

No other money-management tools have been announced on this site yet.

The Mars feature list includes price, connection and order-result alerts.

Replay is in development. The planned version is a limited Replay for reviewing trades, on the Mars plan.

Backtest is in development. Details will be announced after development and testing.

Earth is a 7-day trial of the Mars plan, not a permanent free plan. Trial activation isn't available yet.

Mars is a 30-day subscription. Neptune and Saturn are coming soon.

You sign in with Google to buy. There are two payment methods: ZarinPal (rial, with an Iranian bank card) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency, priced in US dollars).

A subscription starts only after the payment is fully confirmed. When payments are in test mode, the checkout page says so and no money is charged.

You request a refund from the Support page, and the support team reviews it by hand. Sending a request doesn't refund anything automatically.

On the Support page, sign in with Google and open a ticket. To send an image or a video, use Telegram Support.

Before using TradingSpace with any account, read your broker's or prop firm's rules. Following them is your responsibility, and TradingSpace doesn't guarantee that its use is allowed on any account.
