Privacy Policy

This policy describes how TradingSpace currently handles your information: what it receives, why, where it is kept, and how you can ask for it to be deleted. It covers this website and the TradingSpace account.

Information we receive from Google

When you sign in with Google, TradingSpace receives only:

  • Your Google subject identifier (sub), which uniquely identifies your account
  • Your email address
  • Your name
  • The URL of your profile picture, if you have one
  • Whether Google has verified your email address, if Google provides it

How we use it

This information is used only to:

  • Create and manage your TradingSpace account
  • Sign you in and keep your session
  • Show your account information to you
  • Link your subscription, orders and support requests to your account
  • Prevent misuse of the free trial and manage access, once that feature is active

Google access we do not request

Sign in with Google only shares the basic profile information listed above (the openid, email and profile permissions). TradingSpace does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, YouTube or any other sensitive or restricted scope.

TradingSpace does not use any Google API, or any data received from Google, for artificial intelligence (AI), image generation, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).

Sessions

  • Your session is kept in a secure, HttpOnly cookie: page scripts cannot read it, and on the live site it is sent only over HTTPS (Secure).
  • A session currently lasts 7 days.
  • The raw session token is never stored in our database; only a hash of it is kept to validate your session.
  • Sensitive session data is not shown in page HTML and is not written to logs.
  • Signing out deletes the session on our server and removes the cookie.

Account data

  • Your account, subscription, order and support information is kept on TradingSpace servers to provide the service.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • It is used only for authentication, support, subscriptions, payments and the security of the service.
  • Your Google profile picture is not stored as a file; at most, its URL is kept.

Payments

  • If you pay through a payment gateway, your payment details are processed by that payment provider.
  • TradingSpace never asks for or stores your card details, wallet private keys or seed phrase.
  • The status of your orders and subscription is kept so the service can be activated.

Support

  • Messages you send through Support on this website are kept so we can answer and follow up on your request.
  • Files cannot be uploaded on this website for now.
  • To send an image or video, you are directed to the official TradingSpace support link on Telegram.

Deleting your data

You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted through Support. Requests are handled manually, after we confirm that the request comes from the account owner.

Deleting data that is needed for financial, security or legal records may be subject to the retention requirements that apply to those records.
